New or Used Products: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, new or used products must meet the following conditions:

  • All product(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • New product(s) must be in their original, unused, and brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Used product(s) with opened or broken seals must be in their original condition and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 40%. Additional fees of 10% may apply if accessories, parts, or other items are missing from the original packaging.

Defective Products: Customers are entitled to a replacement for defective products during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Some manufacturers may require customers to process warranty claims directly. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a defective product return unless the product was received non-functional.

Missing/Damaged Items: Any purchases containing damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged glass products, components, and accessories are covered under warranty only if the product arrived damaged. Contact us promptly, and we will address the issue without delay.

Return Instructions: All return packages must include an RA number obtained by contacting Customer Support. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please insure your package, as we are not liable for lost or damaged products in transit. Allow 2 weeks for return processing once the item arrives at our facility.

International Customers: Our foreign return/exchange policy is handled on a case-by-case basis, considering shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes. Note: All vaporizers sold on our site are 110v unless specified otherwise. Customers bear responsibility for any defects arising from using converters or adapters.

Order Cancellations: Contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not shipped. If shipped, follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
